Fantastic experience: I engaged Branagan Estates for the estate sale of a house. Through out the whole process Tony kept me updated on every step of the what was happening. He updated me within minutes of every viewing, and every call from the interested parties. When I phoned Tony, if he couldn't answer me, he called me back, normally withing minutes. I could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service from Nigel I couldn’t recommend Nigel and his business highly enough. From start to finish, he was always in contact and kept us fully updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and anything we asked for was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Negative experience: Friends if mine made an offer on a house, nxt day the house went sale agreed to someone else,they weren't even informed about it or given the chance to make a higher offer,obviously must have bn someone they had lined up regardless of any higher offers i dont think vendors wud b very happy with this kind of practice going on. Disgraceful .

Negative experience: Unfortunately had to deal with Nigel and he was very rude making false and baseless accusations that I tried to respectfully refute, but he sadly wouldn't listen. It also seems Nigel makes decisions himself without consulting his clients/property owners about SERIOUS incoming offers. Would avoid dealing with this agency for selling properties. You'd be better off as a seller/buyer elsewhere. UPDATE: Here again they're doing false baseless accusations in the comment reply that I definitely didn't commit, without a single apology. Do you really want to deal with such agents in finding your next home?

It was an emotional journey to sell our family home but Tony steered us correctly at every crossing mindful of the emotional burden with such a sale. He was always available on the phone to answer any questions and would provide regular updates on progress.
