Negative experience: As a first time buyer we didn't find this estate agent in any way pleasant to deal with at all. Completely dismissive in any questions asked and couldnt care less to get back to us when ringing the office. One particular house that stood that we viewed was on the Drive, Castletown, Celbridge. This house has been up multiple times now for sale as theres a planning permission issue and this was never disclosed to us by the agent we found this out ourselves. Glad to say we've bought a house since and not with this agent thankfully!

Even though they were working for the vendor they went above and beyond for us as the buyers. The house we bought was previously a rental and they had the management contract for it. The house was maintained really well and any small issues we noted were addressed before we collected the keys. Cant recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: We recently used REMAX to sell our house and we weren't living in the country at the time but Tony made the process easier as he went out of his way to help us, which was much appreciated.

Negative experience: This Brendan Cryan, old guy, don't trust him. He will never do what he promised l, never. He just didn't care about anything but money. And as an excuse he told me that he mixed me with another guy (probably he gave him more than the rent) Don't trust him he is not good at all, doesn't deserve his place in tha position just useless. So pity for this kind of people who didn't care about families who are trying to find a good home for them and their baby, and they are only care for money. Just pity I am sorry for you Brendan Cryan.

Negative experience: Very poor when it comes to responses and I found they are only interested in money grabs, Grainne was really rude and condescending to speak to, so I would just stay far away from dealing with them. Richard was nice however!

Fantastic experience: Bryan at Re/Max proved to be a god send. We had been renting in the city center during the start of the pandemic and wanted to move. We inquired about a house in Celbridge and Bryan facilized a viewing and walked us through the process. He understands the customers needs and on first viewing we had already decided we loved the place and were happy to be dealing with him. Some minor jobs were taken care of even before we moved in and found him very responsive to reasonable as they arose. We went on to buy a house and although we now live more than an hour away, I know the next time I am looking to buy sell or rent I will be getting in the car to ask him to handle my business. Its a rare thing to feel the need to compliment the service you get from a real-estate company, but in this case it is very well deserved. Give him a ring and he will sort you.

Negative experience: One star is too good. Booked a viewing with Brendan, but never received confirmation so when I returned a missed call from Brendan I was asking for an email or text with confirmation and an Eircode, to which he replied 'this is the address you applied to me!', as someone who doesn't know the Leixlip area at all I just wanted clarification. He spoke down to me the entire time, and his tone of voice was appalling and disgusting, I have never dealt with someone quite as rude. After receiving terrible news early in the morning, I was not prepared to be spoken to this way and asked him to just cancel our viewing and to my shock, for someone who works with people every day, he exclaimed 'JESUS CHRIST' down the phone to me. At this point, I hung up. I have been searching for a home for months and have never had a dealing like this with any other company. I will be spreading the word to all my friends and family buying in Leixlip and pray I never encounter this man on my house hunt again!!

Fantastic experience: Bryan and the team have been phenomenal throughout all our interactions when both buying and selling. I'm more than happy to recommend this estate agent to any buyers or sellers! When we put our Leixlip property on the market this year, no expense was spared to make sure our house looked its absolute best. The video, photography and walkthrough features are brilliant and the advice around how to set the house to make it as marketable as possible gave us a fantastic sales package. Bryan talked us through each step of the process and was very helpful in answering any queries and concerns and his guidance was essential. Gráinne and the admin team were also very good to deal with and helped make a smooth process from start to finish. The bottom line is we feel we got a great deal for both buyer and seller and we couldn't be happier.

Negative experience: Appalling customer service , not turning up to a house viewing after me and my partner left work early lost out on pay to be left standing outside for over half a hour. When I tried to contact there was no answer on the phone and only later we received a message to say there was a mix up in their diary. It’s not acceptable or professional behaviour, it’s hard enough in the current Market without this kind of service I wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed and frustrated with Remax at Lexilip, they have taken eight weeks and still are unable to find a suitable tenants. Moreover, Briedge Little was very rude and unfriendly over the phone this morning on 20.10.2015. She was shouting at me and being very difficult over the phone. I would not recommend Remax Lexilip, the staff is also unfriendly and give excuses that they are very busy and are not able to return customer's call. Please refrain to use Remax to find suitable tenants. Regards
