Fantastic experience: Very good agent. Justin helped me sell 2 boom-era apts in a very difficult building in Tallaght (antisocial issues, poor management, sitting tenants etc). He did a great job to position the properties appropriately in the market (rent v own analysis, replacement cost analysis, comp sale analysis) and help find new leases for tenants to enable me to sell as vacant which added at least E10k to the sale price. I would definitely use Justin again.
