Negative experience: I had a bad experience renting with them. They handed over house in bad condition without cleaning, with moulds, previous tenant personal stuff and undisposed bins. A very old house, not maintained, walls in few areas where pealed, bathroom leaks down in kitchen area, carpets very old and with dust. But in this state they expect tenants to keep house in good condition while leaving. They consume the entire deposit and give silly reasons. In my case the house wasn't even cleaned on a basic level, and once I moved out they consumed my deposit to deep clean the property. No response or courtesy to even inform about the move out inspection, about consuming deposit for cleaning services, about return of deposit. Had to keep mailing and calling them to get the news in a rude way. Get everything In writting and mail's with photo proofs before you take any property, to be on safer side. Now that its been a constant pressure from them to remove reviews or they threaten to spoil my name, that never would a landlord come forward to rent a property in future, this is the state of treating immigrants in this country. I am badly stressed and pressured from the agency.

Negative experience: Sale agreed a house with Gareth. Everything was fine until deposit was paid and then things started to go south. Information and communication was no longer forthcoming so I had to call,text and email numerous times before I might eventually get a reply. I understand some things were out of his control but common courtesy says you reply at least and explain the circumstances. Very frustrating service.
