Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience of last two years. I moved to Ireland two years ago. My partner got location change from Dublin to letterkenny. We rented a house with Mcgettigan lettings and it was a two bedroom house. The house was very well maintained. We lived happily there for approx two years. Dermot and his staff was very nice and helpful in resolving our queries. They were very supportive. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and care have truly made a difference for us. Mcgettigan's efforts in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay did not go unnoticed, and we are sincerely thankful for that.

Negative experience: Disaster from the service and the people who work for the agency. Dermont is very unprofessional and unkind, at the same time a great liar who deceived us.

Fantastic experience: We rented twice (1 apartment, 1 house) over a 5 year period. Never had an issue. They run a friendly, professional operation and are always available with any needed information. I read some negative reviews. Old Irish houses always have issues - that's not the agent's fault. You just need an agent who looks after you, and Dermot and his staff were always pros. I'd tell any friend to use these guys.

Negative experience: Good place to go if you are living on the STREETS

Negative experience: Honestly should have done our own homework before we decided to rent from them. The apartment had mold and the furniture was so shabby and extremely uncomfortable. The apartment is heated by gas and the reader was so old that it ended up costing us more to run (according to someone I contacted at calor about our outrageous bill). The letting agents recommended leaving the windows open to stop the mold getting worse, even in winter. I had a throat infection almost the entire time we lived here and everyone woke in the morning with stuffed noses and headaches. Completely over priced also. So glad we don't rent from them any more. Would not recommend to anyone!
