We were under a lot of pressure to find somewhere quickly, and they were fantastic in helping us do this. They arranged viewings at times that suited us, and once we decided on a place, they acted quickly to liaise with the landlord and get everything in place for us to sign the lease. Very efficient in getting my contract signed and moved in after viewing the property. Always quick to respond with any issues or questions. Negative experience: Not professional at all. Gerry and the landlord promised us that they would replace or paint the kitchen furniture because the laminate was peeled off but they never did it. Furthermore they charged us for cleaning while the house was cleanest then when we start rent.
