Fantastic experience: We recently bought a property with the help of Hazel from Clement Herron Real Estate. Hazel was extremely helpful and especially responsive which was essential for us as we were coming from abroad. She made it easy for us to view the property even calling us WhatsApp so that we could visit virtually from the getgo. Hazel provided detailed information about the house and gave us plenty of advice which made us feel very at ease. All in all, we would rate our experience as a very positive one. Thank you!

Negative experience: I purchased a property through Clement Herron and found him to be extremely rude and unprofessional. During the process, despite there being a signed contract in place, CLEMENT himself and a number of associates entered the property and attempted to take possession. This behaviour caused significant stress and was completely unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: ASSAULT ON TENANT 45 THE GLEN PORTARLINGTON Please see newspaper article below. This sets out how this estate agent assaulted the residents of a house in Portarlington co Laois and assaulted them. This man who sets himself as a sales and rental agent. Negative experience: Unprofessional and Unreliable Our experience with this agency was nothing short of a disaster. Having scheduled a viewing for a property in Portarlington on January 31st, we maintained communication with the agent on multiple occasions. Yet, after traveling from Dublin and taking time off specifically for this appointment, we arrived at the property only to be met with an astonishing revelation: the house had already been sold, and there was no viewing. The agent, when contacted, casually claimed we had been informed. In reality, no such notification was ever sent. Only after pressing the issue did she admit their oversight, offering little more than a perfunctory "sorry." For a business whose very function is to communicate, both with buyers and sellers, it is completely unprofessional and unacceptable to miss to send an email or ring a person, share an "FYI" - no viewing. Instead, this agency has demonstrated a glaring lack of professionalism and reliability. Needless to say, we would not recommend doing any business with the agency.

Negative experience: My wife and I had a deal with this Real Estate agency, agent named Hazel to have a viewing of the house on last Friday, but the storm hit Ireland so they called us <- (important) and cancelled the meeting and asked us if we could reschedule so we did to next Friday (today). We live in Dublin, don't have a car so to come to Portarlington we need to take the day or half day off our work which is not always the best case scenario but you got to do what you got do. So I come to Portarlington, walk to the area where the house is, wait and no one is coming, make a call with the agency and then with the mentioned agent to get informed that the house is sale agreed by somebody else... wish them honestly all the luck. I ask the agent on the phone why didn't you notify us so we do not come to the viewing , they said they did...bla, bla which they didn't of course no trace of a phone call, sms or email. They talked with my wife, who spoke with them from the beginning, to tell her that they didn't have her contact number (they called us last week) and that they sent the notification to someone else. Lost personal time, work time, money... because of somebody's competency to write notes on a blank sheet of white paper, and to organise themselves. Unprofessional to the fullest, will avoid them in future in a huge circle. Good luck to others who have business with them.

Negative experience: Best agent to buy a house if you are looking to buy one in the next decade. Worst service ever!

Negative experience: I cannot recommend them. They lied to us since day one. Their ad on daft had false advertising. It took 6 months to buy a new house that, as per Clement Herron's ad on daft, was "ready to move into" in August. They also promised us post-sale support but when we emailed them a series of issues with the house, they ignored us. Stay away from them. They cannot be trusted.

Negative experience: Appalling behaviour towards tenants. Making threats and shouting and roaring over an issue that had already been resolved. Avoid

Negative experience: The same as a lot of estate agents up in this area. Don't respond to queries, act disinterested when you do manage to get them. And there's no follow up at all. I mean it's like none of them are interested in selling anyone a house. What the motivation is for this I couldn't tell you but maybe it varies. Left online form too outlining exactly what we were looking for. They have listings matching the criteria. But obviously no intention of contacting someone about those listings. Shoddy really and they're all the same in that area. Draining experience

Negative experience: Showed interest in a local development and never got a call back. Between myself and my partner we called 3 times and never got reply.
