Fantastic experience: We recently sold our home through DNG Kelly, and the whole experience was excellent. We originally bought the house through them six years ago, so it felt right to work with them again. Ruth, Sue and Paul were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, they were always professional, responsive, and happy to help, making what can be a stressful experience much easier. Negative experience: Dishonest and Greedy, allowing new bidders in after telling highest bidding customers it was over. No respect for customers. I hope sometime soon there will be laws in place to put auctioneers in line, its getting ridiculous!!!

Fantastic experience: I just bought a house with them and the process was very straightforward. They have always helped us providing more information and scheduling more visits to the house so we could be confident that we've got the right house for us. I totally recommend them!

Negative experience: If I was ever to go through the process of buying a house again I'd stir clear. The amount of important information that was left out about the home was not told they where only after the sale and didn't really care about the people buying. The day we got the keys he had us driving from County to County to get them and was not willing to help or improvise and meet us somewhere to get them. We where met in a car park and handed the keys. Over a month later we are in the house the house is still agreed on the website and the sign for sale agreed is still outside our house yea it's level 5 restrictions but when they want to sell a house they can run anywhere and bring people in to view.
