Negative experience: Very negative practice regarding renting housing with this company. Despite promises to view the house, they never contacted us. They need to improve their professionalism and also learn how to work with customers.

Fantastic experience: Really liked working with Sonya and she gave realistic valuation & guidance. They have proactively contacted me to let me know that once the property I was buying was ready, they would visit the place straight away and liaise with the bank as soon as possible. I barely needed to get in touch as everything was carried out quickly and effectively. The person that I worked with was Ann Marie and it is important to say that credit to where credit is due: she is fabulous! Quick and clear answers, very polite and always available to help.
