From listing our house to moving into our new home, the whole process took us 10 months, and if it hadn’t been for Joan’s kind guidance and expertise, we would have given up much earlier. Fantastic experience: My initial contact was with the Bray branch who did a Fair Deal and a probate valuation and I was more than happy to stick with them for the sale. The Greystones branch had opened in the interim and it was Ed who handled the sale. He may have regretted it as it became an endurance marathon due to various complications, but he was never less than supportive, helpful and communicative all along the journey. He was also always able to supply suitable contacts for garden work, extra surveys etc, which was great as I left the area over forty years ago.

Positive experience: Very satisfactory overall. One minor thing was that 2 keys were missing and have proved to be a bit of a problem to get them nearly a week later. Debra was my initial contact and was very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout. Ed was the one who showed the property and was also very helpful, especially keeping me up to date throughout the process and Lisa did the final inspection and was a pleasure to deal work with on the day. I am not sure why I didn't get all the keys on closing day but it has been an irritant ever since
