I found Elizabeth to be an excellent estate agent - organised, proactive and professional, and I would happily recommend her services. Elizabeth also oversaw the refurbishment of the apartment after the departure of a very challenging tenant, and we got a very good price for the property, which i suspect had much to do with the tenacious efforts and professional approach from Elizabeth. Keane Thompson also managed the property for us for a number of years while it was let out. The tenant was very challenging and KT did a very good job dealing with her up to the point of her departure and assisting with a challenging RTB case. I would also commend Anna and the accounts team, who are very helpful and professional on many occasions helped me with queries regarding my tax return. Overall, a very nice bunch to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I thought it was going to be a simple process to sell my rental property and I went along with the Estate Agent suggested by my solicator. In my case, every aspect of the process seemed to go wrong and it was thanks to Elizabeth and everyone in Keane Thompson that it eventually was sorted. Let's just say the Elizabeth went far and beyond what the Estate Agent had to do and in a measured controlled manner. Helen was exceptional right from the start in advice on having the property virtually staged as we had already moved out and the rooms were empty which certainly helped in increasing interest. She managed the viewings along with the team with frequent updates. Always quick to return any call if they couldn't answer. It was by no means a simple sale with failed bidders pulling out after dragging the process on for unnecessary months and Helen was again fantastic here in trying to help push those sales along - even advising some of the failed buyers on what was needed. Fantastic experience: Hello! It was very difficult for me to find a place to live for me and my family in Dublin, 2 years ago. I went all around the town trying to find a warm place but all agencies I've been, they reject my requests. Then I found Keane Thompson. Laura Di Pede, most efficient agent I could meet, she was the perfect example of what a representant of a business Should be. Kind, Friendly, Warm, Helpful but, first of all, Human ( I have two Kids and who has kids knows). Laura Di Pede, from Keane Thompson, she solved many issues we had in the apartment in a timing that you couldn't imagine. A few days ago we definitely moved to a new house and she did the usual inspection to apartment. I've been delighted by her Professional way to conduct the process. I was in rush cause my job and she was able to arrange the inspection, even out of her working timetable. Fantastic experience: Rent a property in Carrickmines that Keane Thompson were acting as letting agent for. Dealt with Laura through the whole tenancy from moving in to moving out. Found her very professional and any issues were dealt with quickly. Full deposit repaid on leaving. If I ever manage to save for a deposit for mortgage I'll definitely use Keane Thompson again.

Negative experience: Tried to keep my entire deposit for random illegal fees, thankfully the RTB.ie mediator helped to get it back. Be ready for a fight when you're moving out.
