I could not speak more highly of the care and attention, the marketing, how viewings were handled and how negotiotions with buyers were progressed. This was a bespoke experience. My husband and I visited an open viewing, cheekily unannounced, in Blackrock this week. Miriam was kind, warm, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the property. Much more than I have experienced in recent weeks with other agents. Upon leaving the inspection, Miriam mentioned she would follow up with a courtesy call the following day. She has done that, and appreciated our feedback and reasons as to why we will not pursue any further for the time being. I was genuinely pleased to have an agent follow up after a viewing. This is the first time in Ireland I have come across this. It must be very reassuring for the property sellers to know their sale is in good hands.

Dealing with some other estate agents in the area became a thing of nightmares.
