Negative experience: I can say that they have a very bad customer service. My experience was not pleasant. I had confirmed to attend the viewing a day before. I was at the address at 13:20 on a stormy day. Knocked building's gate and waited there for about 10 min until somebody else from the building opened it. He was kind and rang the agency. The agency said that they waited until 13:00 and left because nobody had shown up. The original invitation for viewings started from 13:15 until 13:30. Without any update if they had changed the time. The agent over the phone was counting a train of excuses instead of checking the original email and having some decency to apologize. Not necessary to mention that I also emailed them that I am on my way to the place. Very unprofessional attitude, because if you give a time period, you should at least wait there until your time window is over. I doubt if they had been there at all. Afterall, it was stormy outside and they might have seen it inconvenient. If they were there for viewings with others, they would not mention of another viewing for the next day. Eventually, it cost two hours of my time.
