From the first meeting when we were selecting an agent right up to closing date, we received prompt and professional service. The sale estimate given for the house proved accurate, the advice regarding viewings, presentation etc very helpful & we received regular and timely progress updates throughout the whole process. There were challenges & unforeseen obstacles that could have meant the sale fell through, but Keith kept a cool head & offered positive solutions at every turn. Fantastic experience: My initial contact was in February 2025 getting my home valued and advised of how the selling process works, starting with a contact for photographs to be taken for online presence of my home and talking me through the initial stages of paperwork. I found Keith to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Everything was organised very efficiently around viewings of my home and I was updated regularly. Keith was very positive and allowed me time to make the big decisions and guided me confidently. I had contact with Ollie also who was very courteous and pleasant at all times and helped with online information and resolved any issues very promptly and efficiently. Ollie has since completed final exams and I offer every good wish to her for a very successful career. Both Keith and Ollie made what was an emotional decision very easy to navigate with regular updates and kept the process very straightforward. My sale was finalised in July 2025 at a great price and I would highly recommend REA Southern without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: We bought our original, what we thought to be our forever home, from Harry way back in 2013. In early 2025 we found our dream home which meant selling our existing home and Sothern's were our EA of choice. We found Keith and Harry to be absolute gentlemen to deal with. Great advice given. Complete transparency. The use of WhatsApp extensively, sharing screenshots of messages back and forth so everyone knew where they stood. Including people bidding on the sale, viewers etc. I just couldn't rate them highly enough, if google allowed 6 stars I would have given them 6. Don't underestimate how much transparency matters when buying or selling. Sothern have your back. I assure you.

Negative experience: Harry, the owner, rang us after we went sale agreed at half 8 on a Friday evening with an extremely rude attitude after we enquired about the new EPA Radon Map which showed the house to be in a red (highest) radon zone. Harry was rude and condescending, while demonstrating he knew nothing about the basics of housing foundations and radon extraction. At this point we could no longer do business and asked for a refund. Agent was lovely. If your buying through Harry, expect a bad attitude and confrontation to extremely polite questions. Keep in mind, a civil decline would have been an acceptable response but Harry chose to be aggressive and rude
