Fantastic experience: We hired Thomas M Byrne & Son to be the management company for our house in Carlow after years of problematic letting. As a result we rented the place at a significant premium and suddenly all of the issues with finding the right tenants and solving problems as they arose dissipated. I was able to trust Marie and her team 100% with everything. If I could give them 100 out of 100 I would. To add to this, after many years of renting the house out we hired them as the sales agent where Fidelma, Tom, and team got involved. They were fantastic, and I'm a difficult task-master as I have a deep background in business and in sales. They pitched the property at a slightly lower price than the market rate and combined that with superb marketing on DAFT, MyHome and on their own website and other sites to ensure we got a lot of initial interest at once, and then we just sat back as the interested parties bid against each other. Fidelma expertly managed the negotiation. She knew I was interested and wanted to be kept in the loop regarding that and she was super collaborative and communicative in that respect. They secured an excellent price. If you're buying or selling in Carlow ... or if you're renting or seeking to rent out a property in Carlow ... I could not recommend a better company. I doubt that many towns or counties have such a professional available to them, and there's no chance you'll get the level of service and the level of local connections that this family business has if you go with one of the big brand property companies. 100 out of 100!!
