Negative experience: I walked in enquiring about rental opportunities because a colleague of mine told me CPM were so kind and helpful. They took all her details. She filled in forms for them. They kept in contact with her almost daily in regards to opportunities. They then presented her with a place well below her budget even better than the one room bedsit she would have liked. They got her a 2 bed apartment. I was delighted when my colleague and friend told me to go to them for help. Then when I went, I couldn't even get in through the door. They had to open it for me cause it was locked at 12.30pm in the afternoon. The woman then only let me in as far as the doormat and said "how can I help you?" I said, "you recently helped a colleague of mine find a rental opportunity and I was hoping you could do the same for me" (I was in my work uniform with my name badge and everything). She then abruptly responded with "oh we have nothing available, you're just going to have to keep an eye of daft and contact people that way". She then opened the door just behind me and ushered for me to leave. I was speechless. How can my friend have that amazing experience and then I get treated so poorly. I felt like a dog being only allowed in so far being told no and to go back outside. I can't wait to tell my colleague and friend all about this. I'm stunned. I had such high hopes and expectations. I finally thought I would receive some help. But I was so very wrong.

We have dealt with Emma in securing rented accommodation for us and our baby and she is brilliant! She took care of any issues we had and made sure we got the keys very quickly! Very reliable.

Negative experience: From a landlord... They put tenants in my house, promising that I'd have no problem. Got no reference for these. The tenants are now overholding since June 23, it's now January 24.

Fantastic experience: I rented with Carlow Property Management for more than a year and I had an absolute pleasant stay in my previous accommodation in Carlow. The entire team was very helpful. I was handed over the keys in no time after all the formalities and it was when I was in need. The apartment was very neat and clean, shining when I moved in. They took care of all the minor issues (including repairs/replacement) as soon as I called them and I never had any inconvenience during my entire stay. They are very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend CPM to my friends who are searching for apartments to rent. Thank you Carlow Property Management for the wonderful service throughout. There couldn't be anything better than what I got.

Negative experience: I rarely leave Reviews unless they are good because the internet is full of keyboard warriors with minor grievances.... however.. I felt this needed to be said. Avoid CPM and go to an organisation that has its sh&t together. CPM will not return calls, they will not reply to emails and they most certainly do not go above and beyond. Buying a house is usually a once in a lifetime decision...I would expect an agent to reply to offers, messages and do their part to bring in revenue for their company, and a forever home for their clients. My experience with them met none of those expectations.

Negative experience: Theyre an absolute disgrace as an agency. My advice? Steer well clear of them.

Fantastic experience: CPM have been helpful, friendly, and very professional while my partner and I purchased our home. CPM were always quick to respond to any questions and were very flexible in allowing us multiple viewings of the property and while doing business with our solicitor. Shaun in Particular has been a great help and really lovely person to work with, answering all questions and being available to help us as much as possible. Would recommend CPM any day!

Fantastic experience: Hi lads we just had to write a review to thank use and let use know how impressed and grateful we are with the contractors use sent in to do our house from day one they were great sitting down and picking colours making sure we were 100 per cent happy at all times nothing was a problem Friday night they stayed till midnight to get the job finished at all times making sure we were ok with the time and that they weren't disturbing us not only that the lads seen we had no sofa till ours arrived and without even telling us drove to there warehouse in kidare and got us a sofa amazing lads with great patience and customer service pointing out stuff they needed to touch up that we never would have coped there attention to detail and high standards there company maintains showed the whole way throughout the job while also maintaining cpms high standards would definitely recommend the contract company and cpm to anyone I know also a big thanks to Gina and Sean from cpm use made sure we were looked after from day one nothing was ever a problem and kept us informed at all times so thanks a million lads kindest regards Paul and Martin

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience with this agency, they have some very unprofessional and incompetent staff who are rude and lie and lack communication with each other. They leave repairs on the long finger, even had an aggressive previous tenant try to shove his way into the house while living there. They ignore emails and when I showed up at the office was told by one staff member to go raise a dispute with the Residential Tenancy Board to get my deposit back. I would certainly avoid doing any business with this agency.

Fantastic experience: I rented 3 apartments from CPM over the course of 8 years. During that time I dealt with several different agents who were all extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to and address any issues that I reported to them. Would recommend.

Negative experience: We are since December with problem with radiators. 3 or more mail, call and no feedback back. After 45days we are at home sick with 17C inside and -3 outside. Lovely service for 1100 euro rent/month.
