The only negative aspect of my experience was the receptionist's attitude. My mother and I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, and she asked us to wait outside instead of offering us a seat inside. I had to ask if we could wait inside, and she seemed reluctant at first but eventually agreed. I was disappointed by her lack of hospitality. However, Colm's treatment and the overall service were exceptional and deserve a 5-star rating.
