Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. As a purchaser, they could not have been less interested. Did not know the answers to questions on viewings and were very unhelpful throughout the whole process. Would not recommend and will not use in the future.

Negative experience: Enquired 3 times about an empty commercial premises in town. Was told by the lady on the phone that another man was looking after it and either she or he will give me a call back regardless. They never did.

Negative experience: Imagine this: you are saving money for years because you want to get your dream home. Then this Donal Brady character and his company come into the picture. They seem annoyed ever time when you try to ask questions, they let you know they would be happy to sell the house someone else for more. The rudest people I ever met. Zero communications, zero manners.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recomend DNG enough; they got us 10% more than the last house to sell in our estate, literally had us a buyer as soon as viewing started, and they where always fast to respond when we called in for updates. A special shout out to Declan, an absolute gentleman.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. For every request the answer is live your name and phone number and we will ring you back, they never ring back.

Negative experience: This lot have to be the worst estate agents in the country. I've rang 4 times about a house at 27 Callagns, River Valley Ballyconnell Co Cavan without them even bothering to contact us back, I kept being told the agent who was dealing with this property wasn't in the office today. Well from what I can see is they ALL may not bother because with service like this they won't be in business to long. I'm a cash buyer and I feel sorry for the person who hired this lot because they will never sell the house.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Contacted them about a house that's only 2 doors down from where we are renting at the minute. First they said they didn't have the house keys yet. Couple of weeks later they said the tenants hadn't moved out when we could clearly see it was empty. Then finally got a viewing and the guy that turned up was rude. He had forgotten to get the alarm code and left us in the house and went to his car. Only came back to deactivate the alarm when he saw us walk out. We tried to talk about the price and he seemed more interested in his phone and said he will need 15 to 20k euros more for contents - which we worked out were 3 couches and a mirror . Horrible experience. I would never recommend them
