Fantastic experience: We dealt with Gabriel from REA O’Brian Collins on two occasions as we searched for our first home. Throughout one bidding process, we found Gabriel to be, thorough, responsive, and really transparent. As we were dealing with a number of estate agents with viewings and bids on other properties, Gabriel was an outlier as we always knew exactly what was going on when dealing with him. The bidding process is stressful, but Gabriel made it as easy as it can be. Gabriel was always available and returned and answered emails / calls very quickly. Fantastic experience: Our house went up for sale on 6th July 2022 and we went “Sale Agreed” on 29th August, 2022. Gary was our auctioneer and, for many months we have been meaning to acknowledge the great service he gave. Better late than never! In moving house, one must deal with many professionals, and we were very lucky in all our dealings. However, the gold medal goes to Gary. He was unfailingly helpful and courteous. Invariably he was at the other end of the phone when we needed to speak to him. If busy, he got back to us as soon as possible, and always before the close of business on the same day. If we panicked about closing dates etc., he remained calm and gave us excellent advice. We are happy to unreservedly recommend him. The administrative staff in the office were equally courteous and helpful.
