Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, dodging calls, not emailing back, bids were simply just ignored with no response even though we were the only bidder. Would advise everyone to avoid as much as possible. We purchased our home with Thomas Byrne who were always extremely professional.

Negative experience: Tired to purchase a property through Shane Black and found them most unhelpful. Have never found an estate agent so unprofessional. No communication whatsoever. While we were the highest bidder for at least 2 weeks and tried to enter talks to get the deal over the line they basically weren't bothered and we withdrew our offer.
