Drogheda Property Shop

Fantastic experience: *Linda* was fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, Linda was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions we had. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. We truly appreciate Linda’s support and would highly recommend her

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended – Exceptional Service We have been working with Drogheda Property Shop and its lovely owner, Linda Coyne, since we first started renting our apartment over 10 years ago, and we have only good things to say. Linda has always been incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. More recently, she guided us through the sale of our home, and the entire process could not have been smoother. From start to finish, she was exceptional — organised, supportive, and always available to answer questions and give advice. Her experience, honesty, and dedication really stand out. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond every time. We would highly recommend Linda and Drogheda Property Shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and outstanding property agent. Thank you, Linda, for everything you’ve done for us over the years.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Linda and her professional team enough for the kindness and support over the past 10 years. Where did the time fly so fast? I feel truly lucky to have an opportunity to be their tenant. Thank you so much for being supportive and caring landlord, I will always be greatful for the way you have looked out for us. Erika and family

Fantastic experience: Linda and the team went beyond all expectations to ensure that our apartment was in pristine condition for the sale. Linda secured a good price and took care of all furniture removal, painting and decorating, and repairs and dealt with an unexpected leak from another apartment with expedience. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Very happy customers. Alan and Breda

Fantastic experience: Linda and Anne -marie are absolutely lovely and have been great to us the years we lived in our house can only say all the best about this agency and would highly recommend to anyone seeking for a new home

Fantastic experience: Linda and her team are just fantastic. They are extremely professional and dedicated and their attention to detail is refrehing. Uniquely this busineess cares deeply about both the property owner and the tenant and what is best for both parties. Linda is a dream to work with and her knowledge in the property market is unrivalled. You won't find a better letting agent to rent / sell your property or find you the right home. It is unusual these days to find a business with such high morals and integrity.

Fantastic experience: Linda and her team managed a property for me for 14yrs. Fantastic service from arranging maintenance to the administrative tasks. Very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Great Team, Linda and Anne-Marie are not only excellent professionals but also lovely people, they`ve helped me and my family a lot. It was a pleasure to deal with Drogheda Property Shop.

Fantastic experience: Finding an apartment while being pregnant and when landlord was selling the property was extremely stressful, a total nightmare. Especially nowadays when housing situation is just dramatic... Thanks to Anne-Marie we have roof over our heads!! Big thanks the agency, Linda and Co workers. Uncommonly professional and kind! The apartment which we are renting is stunning - our small lovely place. Totally recommend! Kind regards, Dominika & Kamil

Fantastic experience: Trying to find a rental for my family was a nightmare until we had the pleasure of encountering Anne Marie and Linda. I have never met a nicer rental agency; they are both very professional and efficient with any queries and have treated us with warmth and respect. I would recommend to anybody!

Fantastic experience: Drogheda property shop recently dealt with the sale of my house. From the outset Linda understood the market potential of the property and how to position it for the best possible sales outcome. I found both Linda and Anne Marie to be highly experienced, patient, determined, motivated and displaying excellent judgment throughout the whole process. Selling a property is almost always stressful especially if things don’t go well and I am glad I chose this company. I would strongly recommend Drogheda Property Shop to anyone considering selling or renting their home.

Fantastic experience: I was new in the country a few months back and finding a place was no less than a nightmare, luckily for me I came across Drogheda property shop and found a place near to my workplace. I found the staff here very professional and punctual. They never troubled me with anything and helped me settle down with ease. 5/5 ratings from my side regarding everything. You won’t regret choosing them. Best Amir

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Ann-Marie and have to say she is hands down the best Estate Agent I've dealt with to Date, Would recommend to everyone looking for a new Property to Deal with Her.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and helpful

Fantastic experience: Such a professional service. Ann-Marie was a pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend enough.

Negative experience: If I could give less I would. The properties they are renting out for the landlords are not looked after instead they are allowing tenants to destroy them. We have had a terrible experience with this and would never recommend. Missing and Broken furniture, torn swivel chair, beds broken and missing mattresses, razor light melted, hole in attic ceiling. Drug paraphernalia found in house, rush all over the Rads and blind polls. Blinds disgustingly filthy. Shower broke, Hob rings not working, oven and freezer missing trays. In addition to this we had to replace the boiler (9 yr old) the dishwasher, shower heads etc while they were living in house. There is alot more wrong with the property but cannot get anywhere with them. Weve spent thousands and still are have so much to do. Never ever use this company. They seem nice but they do not care about your property. They also did not do a walk around with the new short term tenants until 2 months after move in date.

Fantastic experience: First met Linda about a year ago when we were looking to buy our first house. Altough we didnt buy our house through the property shop, due to the cost of the house we were interested in exceeding our budget and in the end we bought through another well know auctioneer in the town. I have to say I thought our experience dealing with Linda was overall excellent and a lot better than our experience with the other auctioneer! Very helpful, always kept us informed of what was going on even when things went quite she still would give us a call! Couldnt recommend her enough

Fantastic experience: Linda, Robert and Susan provided a thorough and excellent service. If you want a property sold, then I would suggest using The Drogheda Property Shop. No nonsense, no fuss - just a professional auctioneer service that I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Testimonial from Ian & Gillian Murphy Linda and Robert have looked after a rental property for us over the last few years and recently sold the property on our behalf. Throughout the whole process of renting and eventually the sale of our property, we found Linda and her staff to be probably the most professional we have ever had to work with. Honest, Reliable and always willing to take the extra step. I couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend any other estate agent to look after all of your needs.
