Negative experience: 5S had a property to let on their website. I had found it through LinkedIn as the realtor had shared it on their page. I filled out the contact form on the properties page and got no response. Eventually my partner filled out the contact form as well. Nothing. We figured maybe the forms didn’t work as websites in Ireland aren’t always the most reliable, so I sent an email directly to the company about this one property. Time passes,, and still we hear nothing. About 4 weeks later, the property is still listed on their website, so my partner calls the office and the realtor and left a message as there was no answer. No one ever returned our calls. Another week passes and we see the same property go up on Daft.ie. We reach out yet again, and still no response. It has been a week since the property went up on Daft, and now it’s listed as Let Agreed I.e unavailable. Such an irresponsible and unresponsive company. I can’t imagine what being managed like them would be like.

There weren’t many issues throughout the tenancy with the house but any were addressed very quickly, garden maintenance was organised for us and full security deposit was returned at the end.
