Negative experience: Disappointed by the Move-Out Experience I had a decent experience living at the property for two years — the place was fine and the agent was responsive during my stay. However, things took a sharp turn after I moved out. The agent deducted a significant portion of my deposit, claiming that the property should be in “as-new” condition — completely ignoring the natural wear and tear expected over two years of tenancy. It felt unreasonable and unfair, especially since I left the place clean and in good order. It’s disappointing when someone appears professional while you’re a paying tenant, only to show their true colors once you move out. I would caution future renters to document everything thoroughly and be prepared for potential deposit disputes.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They treat their tenants like rubbish, especially Cathal. I stayed three months without a response from them, and when I showed up there, they didn't even opened the door to talk to me. They basically kicked me out of me place saying that the landlord was coming back to the house, but when I left, they rented the place to someone else with a year long contract. They only wanted more money
