Fantastic experience: As an American who has moved to Ireland this store felt a little like going to Target. but with Walmart prices hahah. They had the bed sheets I needed! €32 for super king. The sheets feel like good quality too. The grocery side of the store is really nice as well. They have loads of deals. This place looks like it would be super expensive but I think it’s cheaper than Tesco and has WAY better prices! The employees were also nice and took their time giving me thorough answers even though they were busy restocking. 10/10

Negative experience: Worst service, don't rent houses when they are the agents. I was initially promised I'll get my deposit back, but not even a single penny was returned. They just lie to your faces and when you ask questions they just say it's not their responsibility any more.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience dealing with Destination Athlone. Specially Treasa has been very accommodating, she is prompt with her responses. I lived in Athlone for 2 plus years and never had any issue with their services. Moving out was just as seamless as moving in, cleared my dues within days. Negative experience: After 6 years, not a single rent payment missed you get a slap in the face with requests that make no sense in order not to return the security deposit... Complete shame of a company run by cowboys that will do everything to prove you wrong... Likes of asking where the all molded roller blind is after 6 years of tenure.... Had a different view on this agency, as they really seemed to be nice and sound back then, 6 years ago... But like a good old say says, 'don't judge a book by it's cover'... To all who will do business with them, be very careful, if entering a rent agreement. Would rate them 0 if I could, despite of 6 years of 'friendship'...

Andy was my agent and he would always answer the call, txt or email almost instantly which is the key imo as a seller you want up to date status on the sale. In my case, we also had some challenges regards to the property itself but thanks to the dedication from this team, it was made to happen so sincerely want to thank Destination Athlone team and Andy personally. Negative experience: 3 weeks ago I rang about a house coming to market, to let them know I was very interested in the house. I was told they were waiting to get gutters done, and it will be up soon. Long story short, I never heard from them and got no update, and when I put up a review of 1 star,( which I received an email, asking me for a review), I get a phone call. I didn't go out of my way to look for Destinations Athlone and try to slate them. I gave my own opinion when asked by them in their email to me. They could be great Auctioneers, but my experience with them wasn't go. I wish them all the best

Negative experience: Edited: I have a bad experience with them. Before I went into lease agreement, I was getting prompt response. Now after moving in the rented property, facing issues that were in the property before move in that were not resolved in spite of being reported via email/telephone. There was no response in spite of several reminders on the pretext that emails were not being received by the agency. I personally don't recommend dealing with them.
