In more recent times, we have been dealing with Lavinia in their office and I must commend her professionalism, dedication and follow through. This was even more evident through the Covid crisis.While most auctioneers are good at getting over the first hurdle in getting the property 'sale agreed', many loose sight of the need to follow the sale through to the final closing. This is where we found the service provided by Lavinia to be exceptional. She is also very conscious of the significant investment any purchaser is making when buying any house, and often reminds me of this and is not afraid to fight their corner, which I think gives the purchaser comfort also. We are hoping to get working on our next phase of new homes in our Glenatore development later this year and I am looking forward to working with Sherry Fitzgerald O'Meara on this phase of our new development.

Negative experience: Beware!!!They are unprofessional and provides an amateur service. Never seen anything like it. To deal with them is an enduring insult... Tool a year to sell my house Don't return calls or have a strategy for selling your property. It's simply an ad on daft or home. Ie . They are in no way proactive or care Mark Nestor in particular is extremely poor and lacking basic skills to perform his role. Quickly followed by Helena. Just as bad Takes weeks to get calls returned Can you imagine if they treat you the person selling the house like this.... Agents represent their own self interest....don't actively negotiate on your behalf or care about your asking price. Just want commission Behaviours escalated to the partners of this branch...took no action either. Clearly the culture of the place Girls in the reception are great tho Feedback already given to the office and nothing was done... for 13 months !!!

Negative experience: Bad experience as a potential buyer. They put up a property advert for a house in Coosan which had numerous misleading facts, such as allocated parking spaces, wardrobes, defunct stamp duty exception claims and believe it or not, solicitor fee discounts! A lot of other promises broke down very quickly, with absolutely no movement in the paperwork many months after we put down a deposit. No remorse or apology received in the way this was handled; grossly mismanaged right from the very start. Complete waste of time.
