Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Oates while going sale agreed on a property in Athlone. During the process, significant issues with the house were not disclosed. When I raised these concerns with Oates, I was told they were merely "rumors." However, after speaking directly with neighbors, I was able to confirm that the issues were real and known locally. Despite my efforts to obtain evidence that the problems had been resolved after the sale agreed, none was provided. Then, unexpectedly and without clear explanation, the vendor cancelled the deal at the last minute. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication left me feeling misled and frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great people, from start to finish on sale of my property. very responsive on any questions I had. They really guide you through the process step by step of the way . Negative experience: Basically want a cut of the pie to purely list your house on daft and can't even do that right ,which is as easy as putting something for sale on donedeal. They also don't reply back to email or call you back. Auctioneers in general are useless lazy sods but these lads are exceptional at it.
