Fantastic experience: Great man to deal with. Had a brilliant experience buying a house through Joe. He even called over with an Easter egg 4 months after we moved in. Don't let the portacabin fool you, he's the best.

Negative experience: After some waiting, we got an appointment to view a house. After driving two hours each way, the estate agent was not there for the viewing. We got to view the house later on and we put in a bid. This was the highest bid. We heard nothing and had to make contact with the estate agent to see where we stood. We were disappointed with the service provided to say the least and did not feel comfortable in proceeding further. Because of our poor experience, we went to another auctioneer in the area who provided us with a much better service - and a house which we now reside in. We could not recommend this estate agent.
