Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional Made an enquiry about a property for sale and from the moment I interacted with Tina Gallagher the agent. She was extremely disrespectful and engaged in vicious pressure selling and very forceful attitude and clearly thinking of her commission. A property is a a very significant investment and the way I was treated was like as if I was buying a garden shed from a diy store. Avoid this one like the plague as you will be treated like dirt. Management should pay more close attention to conduct of there staff as first impressions is extremely important and leaves a lasting impression in either a positive or negative way and sadly very negative in this case

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with DNG Athlone. My son was treated very disrespectfully when he tried to discuss the return of our €800 deposit. The agent spoke to him in a humiliating and unprofessional way, refusing to listen or give us a fair chance to resolve the issue. We left the property clean and in good condition, and any small things could have easily been fixed. Instead, we were blamed for problems that already existed, like mould and dampness. We felt completely disrespected and unfairly treated. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

We decided to buy one of them. We realised that there was some necessary work (painting walls & changing flooring) in the apartment. Negative experience: An absolute disgrace and more interested in calling potential clients with excuses and using attitude and argumentative behaviour and throwing there weight around and being lazy. Also is refusing a property and coming up with lame excuses and refused to do a video viewing especially in the challenging time and also heavily advanced technological times. The owners should monitor a certain team member more closely as the image of the company being reflect to the public is not favourable. Absolutely discussed at the conduct of Tina.
