Negative experience: Arranged a viewing for 12PM on Saturday 6th Dec with Michael’s secretary. I and another viewer arrived on time, waiting for Michael, until a third viewer arrived at 12:30 for their viewing, at which point we left very disappointed. Not a nice experience for all the travel involved.

Negative experience: Not at all impressed with this Estate Agent. Stringing me along with dates he would visit to value my property and use a Drone over my land. Missed opportunity after opportunity to visit. Just glad I have not registered with him if this is how he treats prospective clients.

Fantastic experience: Michael roberts is an outstanding worker. He's always available and is the most helpful of auctioneers. Can't praise him enough

Negative experience: Tried to avail of Michael's services to let and manage a rental house I own. I say 'tried' because his office failed, despite my following up many times, to provide a letting and property management contract. Michael also proposed different tenants to me as being worth considering even though it subsequently became clear he hadn't checked their references or employment status as per his own property management proposal. None of it inspired confidence. I subsequently let the house myself and a number of prospective tenants I showed the house to, told me Michael didn't return their calls in response to the letting when he was supposedly looking after it, even though the house was still available (one excellent potential tenant said, 'He avoided our calls and the only way to get through to him was to phone him using my friend's phone'). This messing around wasted potential tenant's time, my time and cost me over a month's worth of rental income. Overall, I couldn't recommend Michael for letting services.

Negative experience: If you are a foreigner in Limerick or Ireland DO NOT deal with this company. He found a rental property in Limerick: house was unhealthy, humid and expensive. Landlord did not want to sign a legal lease. Never visited the property in order to check the house was suitable for rental. A total rip-off! Stay away! He requested cash for the payment saying he will give me a discount : allegedly tax fraud and widespread in Limerick.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago we met Michael Roberts when we were viewing a house and we were struck by his professional approach. When selling our house recently we went to him and are very glad that we did. Our house sold for a good price, in record time and doing business with him was an absolute pleasure. Everything progressed smoothly without a hitch. Thank you, Michael and staff.

Negative experience: Landlords beware! Do not entrust him with your property. He is nice until he gets his money but he will not look after your property in your absence. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of having Michael help is with selling our house. From the start, the advice and guidance of how to present the house to show it in its best light. The attention to detail on all aspects of dealing with Michael are flawless. He takes the time to get to know who he is dealing with and if it wasn’t for him representing us I honestly don’t think it would have went as smooth as it did! Negative experience: Just bought a house that this agent was selling. As a buyer found him difficut and frustrating to deal with. The day before closing agent didnt show for final viewing and no contact to let me know.
