Negative experience: Very poor experience with this agency. They showed us a house, and everything seemed good to go. They even shared the tenancy application form, assuring us that the house was almost ours to rent. However, they stalled for a month. When it was almost time to move out of our current residence, the agent told us that the house was no longer available due to some "issues" with the landlord. We are now homeless because of their incompetence.

Negative experience: We advise everyone please be careful dealing with chesser auctioner in limerick. We bought property in limerick and paid deposit and sale agreed. They send us congratulation email and confirmed the sale. We paid valuation fee and informed our lender but after week they said vendor want me 30k and if we can not do anything in this and sold property someone else and told us to refund deposit? Who can do this unprofessional way to deal with customers?? We lost other property and family suffered due to their unprofessional dealing. Please avoid them. We have all proof if they refuse this review. We can upload chat and receipts.
