Negative experience: Simply putting an ad online for rent is not enough. I sent multiple emails and called the office several times. Every time I was told, "An agent will get back to you," but no one ever did. Very disappointing communication and follow-up.

Negative experience: Not conserate with buy or sell issue only wanted the sale to go though and had no issue to push terrible advice for there own benifit. This has now left me with a large repair to carry out on the property.

Negative experience: David was an absolute dog to my brother on the phone who Innocently rang after 6 not realising the time and with the desperation of struggling to find a house anywhere as everyone knows is impossible to find with the current circumstances, he rang trying to be the first to call in hopes that he could secure the house he was spoken to with absolute ignorance being told that he had a cheek to call . It was a normal mobile phone number which did not state if there were certain times to call , an absolute disgrace from a man that has his last name on this company.

From start to finish, Jeffrey was professional and responsive, giving timely updates on our sale progress, and organising viewings at times that worked for our family, as opposed to just his schedule, which was very much appreciated with a toddler. When our first sale falling through due to the bidder’s change of mind, Jeffrey reacted quickly to have the property back on the market with the same determination as the first time. The attentiveness continued even after we went sale agreed, ensuring that the sale closed as quickly as possible. Negative experience: Would not recommend this company at all as they are blatant liars. I rang about a house that became vacant on slievekeale road, had all the requirements landlord references, work references etc. Was told by a girl on the phone that they weren't doing viewings until the following week as the house needed to be cleaned. An outright lie as they let the property out the next day, removed from their site and no contact afterwards. Not a nice company to deal with
