Carmen sold our family home and secured a beautiful rental accommodation for us whilst we renovated a property purchased utilising the vacancy and dereliction grant. Carmen guided us with her expertise during the processes and provided support throughout.

Fantastic experience: We recently went through Manor Properties to secure an apartment in Waterford for my daughter and her two friends ahead of the new academic year at SETU, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Alan was fantastic; incredibly helpful, professional, and made the viewing process easy and stress-free. He answered all our questions and gave us great confidence in our decision. The entire process from viewing to signing was very smooth, with no unnecessary back-and-forth or delays. On collection day, Caroline in the office had everything perfectly organised - keys and all the necessary information were ready and waiting, which made a potentially hectic day so much easier. Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ As an owner in an estate managed by Manor Properties, I have been extremely disappointed with both the standard of estate maintenance and the level of transparency provided to owners. The attached photographs show examples of the condition of communal areas within the estate. In my experience, the upkeep of common areas has not reflected the level of management fees paid by owners, and concerns regarding maintenance and presentation have persisted for extended periods. I have also experienced significant frustration in seeking information and accountability regarding the management of the Owners’ Management Company. Requests for information and clarification on matters affecting owners have not always been met with clear or satisfactory responses, leading to concerns about transparency and governance. Owners rely on managing agents to maintain common areas, communicate openly, and assist directors and members in ensuring that the affairs of the management company are conducted properly. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of those expectations. This review reflects my personal experience as an owner and the condition of the estate as shown in the accompanying photographs.

Negative experience: Worse company ever to deal with, they're supposedly managing a certain property complex , but there's issues with four abandoned cars in the car park, these cars are laying idle for year's, contacted Manor Properties about this issue and they never even replied, the same complex they are supposedly managing has a caravan, trailers, skips etc outside . They don't even manage any of their properties, joke of an agency

Negative experience: Have sent numerous amount of emails to this agency and they don't bother to reply either on the phone or via email. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience selling a property with this business, Derville was amazing and unbelievably efficient , I simply cannot recommend Manor Properties highly enough and please ask for Derville as she delivered the best customer service i have ever received in selling a property , i also rented out a property and Derville was amazing too. Negative experience: Terrible Housing & Terrible Company. Houses are filled with mold, Dirt and dampness throughout the entire house. Won't bother to replace stained and filthy mattresses or Won't bother to replace a backless broken desk chair for a studying student. Refuse to take any accountability for their actions & act dumb to the problems within the houses. Should be ashamed of themselves!

Negative experience: Run a mile! Unhelpful with everything from start to finish. Will not help you if you have any issues and also had a crazy neighbor in Lismore Park which their lies were believed over us (the paying tenants). You will be restricted and threatened with fines based upon neighbors lies. Also if you look for your deposit back from them €250 will be taken in ‘gas arrears’ when it can only go into €20 MAX arrears. Joanne and carol will then ignore you for 4-5 months tryin to get your deposit back. Horrific place to deal with. Empty promises all year round of them going to fix the mold and issues around the house but then just left us in the house for a year with mold everywhere!

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant with Manor Properties for 2 years, they have been exceptional to work with. The girls in the office are professional and friendly and genuinely can't do enough for their tenants. I couldn't recommend Manor Properties highly enough, an absolutely brilliant agency to deal with.

Negative experience: There "supposed to be management " over the apartment block im in and they do nothing to help when other tenants are terrorising the whole apartment block rang called in and email and still nothing done. The couldnt manage a carboard box

Fantastic experience: We paid for student accommodation in advance and then we were informed the college course would be online. The deposit, 3 months rent and service charge were all returned within days of emailing the company. We were very grateful to get all our money back. They were very professional.

Negative experience: Had me sign a lease and when I got there it was occupied, they made getting a refund due to their incompetence very difficult. Wouldn't trust Carol to get an IBAN right as she struggles with triple dpigit numbers.

Negative experience: Needed property urgent and offered extra rent for the listed property,came all the way from donegal to view property,sent references by email as soon as property got listed ,only to be told even if i came by 5 hours of drive ,queries not entertained in the office and sent back with no feedback or call or email to even acknowledge.its such a shame.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this letting agency to any students. Both my housemates and I got €20 of our deposits deducted for "cleaning" two years in a row. This year I was told my room only needed some "dusting" and the bathroom needed "freshening up". When I queried the price vs the cleaning that needed to be done I was told their private cleaners charge €20 per hour no matter how long the room takes to clean. If I had of known this I wouldn't have bothered dusting, cleaning and sweeping the room myself. Company built on fraud

Negative experience: Email, phone or coming to their office doesn't get them interested in your needs. As customer who went on viewing, sent all needed documentation and stated interest in taking apartment for rent, I end up being ignored with no feedback at all. Highly unprofessional.
