Fantastic experience: What can I say from start to finish the team at Griffin Auctioneers have made the whole experience seamless. On first meeting Michael came to our home and showed us a portfolio of all recent sales they completed in our area, then the social media production made of our home was incredible and secured lots of interest. Two short weeks of visits and sale agreed was secured. Communication with all team members was exceptional and we were constantly updated on how the viewing and sale process was progressing. We never had to follow up with them on anything as they kept us so well informed throughout . They have taken care of every detail , all we really had to do was pack and move when they secured sale agreed! Fantastic experience: Griffins are fantastic to deal with. Easy to contact, quick replies to emails and always at the other end of the phone to answer my 7million questions. Once sale agreed, we needed a couple of visits to the property for measurements etc and it was never a problem. Phyllis would go out of her way to meet us there on her way home from work and we would end up having great chats. Michael kept us in the loop throughout it all, calling frequently with any updates. I couldn’t have asked for more.
