We dealt with Michael most of the time, and found him to be professional, proactive and good for following up. The house sale was a challenging one, given its age (100+ yrs) and poor condition. But he pursued several different avenues and made himself available for any queries, keeping us in the loop all the time. We sold the house in just over 6 months, which we were delighted about as there was a lot of renovation involved. Michael never passed judgement on the condition of the property, which made the process easier for us during a difficult time. We would recommend these estate agents for a professional service if buying/selling property.
